4 Week Group Class Description:

Experience the power of Ba Duan Jin. In this 4-week group class you will learn the eight gentle movements known as the “8 Brocades” – your personal journey towards balance, acceptance, and peace that leads to better health. You will connect with other like-minded students and practice while supporting one another. Allow your instructor to help elevate your practice by gently correcting your posture and realigning your intention for practice.

Learn breathing and self-awareness exercises that will calm your mind under pressure.
